Description
Co-designed a B2B e-commerce portal for one of the top 5 biggest candy companies in the US.
Ran several design review workshops with the client and followed up closely with developers for hand-off.

We concluded with 54 desktop, 30 mobile screens, 4 prototypes, 2 usability tests, design system redesign, and an internal promo video.
Impact
This tool is going to be offered to all the clients so they will be able to track all their product locations and make their upcoming orders.
The promotional video was shared internally and incited more redesigns.
Sweet redesign.
Throughout the project we needed to balance familiarity by respecting previous design while solving customer pain points efficiently.
New delivery .
One of the key customer pain points we identified was the lack of clarity in the delivery process. Customers often felt uncertain about timelines and the status of their orders, leading to frustration and decreased satisfaction.



Updates throughout.
During our user interviews, we identified an opportunity to improve the ordering process by making it more intuitive for users to upload CSV templates. These templates, commonly used in B2B transactions, are pre-filled files containing product orders, helping businesses streamline their bulk ordering.
To further enhance the user experience, we also introduced order templates, allowing customers to save and reuse frequently placed orders. This reduced the time spent manually entering the same orders, significantly improving efficiency and satisfaction.
